Drop ships from a manufacturer, no returns accepted unless you were shipped a wrong item, *hours* (oh my) for a reply email - none of this is really all that unusual. You're dealing with a small business, a middleman in many cases, not Amazon.
Not saying it's all unicorns and rainbows, it's just not uncommon. No idea if their website has any rules / disclaimers / etc. but if any of this is mentioned, if you take the time to read it, there's not much to complain about. That said if it's not there, it should be. And ultimately if it all gets resolved then it's actually quite impressive. |

Just saw this... There is more to this then what was posted but the important thing is the customer is happy and the issue is resolved. At the end of the day thats all that can be done and what we strive for. Mistakes unfortunately happen (like the shipping to bulling address) but we try to rectify things as best we can in a timely fashion.
