Update:

Progressive is sending over a check for $2880 to us and will be received by Friday. Last week when I showed my local Ford body shop they said at at least $1800. So by next week I'll get an accurate estimate from Ford so hope I can pocket some monie$.

She isn't feeling any pain now but I told her she should see a doctor. Her mind isn't about herself nor the car but about her mother.

Well, that low sugar Starbucks latte has more sugar than sweet tea.

This is coming from coffee lover. (I prefer coffee over tea)

No idea. I think it is regular sugar or syrup pump.

LOL.

Massive number of the health freaks females w/ pedometer who are on adiddas running shorts tend to sip on venti frapps at Starbucks.

Majority number of health freaks males w/ pedometer who are on adiddas running shorts tend to drink excessive alcohols and beer during weekend nights.

I think 16oz sweet ice tea has less sugar than 5oz of alcoholic beverage?

I played 2 sports team for first month of school year, but I had to give up racquetball to get my academic crap done.

School nutritionist told me to stay at 6200kcal (6200 food cal), and I will lose about ~1-1.5lbs per week. We only had 1 practice per week.

9000kcal is like 2 practice meet + game per week.

Do that diet now for two weeks and you wouldn't need a car, you could just roll anywhere.

Isn't being an old fart great Asb? I enjoy it immensely every time I have had five minutes of fun with skates and regret it for two weeks.

Ran track and cross country at the DI level...12-15 miles a day for base work, then would taper back to speed work and have repeat non-resting mile intervals (8 total), with 4 laps at sub 4:45 pace, and 4 resting laps at 5:30 pace.

You calling me OLD!?!?!

Officially retired from all contact sports about 2 years ago, shoulder finally gave out (for the 2nd time) and back started giving me fits...feet will need a couple surgeries to fix bone spurs in the next year or so...

As hard as you drive Peter on your trip - that is how hard I have been on my body for the last 20 years....

Hahaha, yeah, different sports but mine has taken a few hits too.

My ankle is screwed up, surgery will happen one day.

My shoulders are okay but they can be dislocated quite easily.

My back is better now, when I actually was training I ended up spending a few summers almost completely lying on the floor because the damn thing was on fire all the time.

I can't imagine eating as much as you guys but I started losing weight if I skipped even one of my five meals per day, all of them warm when in training. I ate so much bacon and eggs for breakfast it would now feed my entire family.

I compensate for the adrenaline rushes I used to love with Peter. Sadly those are mild compared to the real storms.
