Pricr varies greatly depending on your location.
I have seen somewhere between 300 - 800. If you are up for DIY, its fairly simple fix for N52. Invest in proper tools like SnapOn swerving e10 socket, ratcheting e10 wrench. You can knock it out in a couple of hours. |

It's the oil filter housing gasket. It is a very easy DIY and takes about an hour on an N51. I did mine last week!
You need some basic tools, the gasket, and some coolant and distilled water. Here is a DIY: https://www.pelicanparts.com/BMW/tec...eplacement.htm If you aren't a DIYer, find a good indy shop to do this - not a dealer. Any mechanic should be able to do this quickly and easily. |
