Silicon Intake Installed, K&N, nervous about CF delete
So today, I installed a silicon intake, and the K&N, but am really nervous about simply cutting out something that is a permanent part on the vehicle. Feedback is def appreciated....

It’s an easy mod, make sure to clean up and smooth out the sides. Air boxes are $50 or so. I still have two extra sitting around if you need them.
It’s one of those mods where you wonder why there are two filters and you can’t replace one. So you eliminate the not needed one |

When I did mine I had a bunch of stuff done. It’s more of a mindset and airflow efficiency.
All at once I had 3stage , silicone, airbox filter mod, headers and axle back with the AA can tune. It was all worth it. At this point do it because it’s one less restriction and because the mod cost, its a no brainer |

I'm just curious, when its cut out how is it possible to make sure all the fibers are out and unable to be sucked into the engine, could it be an issue? |
