I have headers with custom exhaust, 3 stage manifold, intake resonator delete. Probably similar to your setup.

There was a huge difference installing the intake manifold and 130i tune, night and day.

Installing headers and doing the 22RPD tune wasn't as noticeable, I still wonder if the tune was really worth the money. But I just didn't want the engine light on all the time.

Find a used 3.73 diff if you haven't already. Easily one of the cheapest and easiest upgrades you can do in terms of performance and drivability.

I second the 3.73 diff, amazing bang for your buck.

Those mods are begging for a tune. I know StageFP has been reputable in the past, but lately I have been seeing increased reports of poor communication. I actually bought a tune from them a few months back, and then due to lack of quality communication decided to get my money back. They were responsive in that regard, but I just didn't feel cared for or like my concerns were worth their time.

22RPD has been AWESOME! Quick turnaround times on tunes, helpful supportive and easy communication. A couple months after my tune, I converted to a single-mass flywheel and asked 22RPD about raising my idle to help with the gear chatter noise. I was technically outside of my window for a free re-tune, but they answered me immediately saying that it was no problem.

They're also developing ITBs and other stuff for the N52, and I think that's awesome. There's not a lot of other guys still pushing what is possibly the ultimate NA straight six.
