Down pipe and intercooler for stage 2 MHD

Hey everyone I have a 2012 135i with only 38k miles I have owned for a couple years. Used to corvettes …so I’m a newb with this one lol

I notice allot of threads on this topic ..Just wondering if there is a consensus over all these years of the best options ?

1.Please give me your opinion of the best high flow and catless you think is best and has good fitment along with ease of install ( I know down pipes are always a pain lol)
2. Best agreed upon intercooler from the same aspects!

By the way I already had my charge pipe explode and have installed the VRSF aluminum so good with that!
My water pump also blew got that fixed too ..
