Brake Sensor for 2013 135i

I have the standard gray caliper brakes on my 135i. My confusion is for the brake sensor wire as there are two available, but my understanding is that all 135i should have the same brakes.

I have searched the forums with no luck. I believe option 1 should be correct but wanted to see if anyone could confirm.

option 1: For vehicles with M Performance front brakes and a production date from 03/2007 or standard front brakes and a production date up to 03/2010

Yea there is some strange switchover mid lifecycle for the 135i in terms of part numbers. Physically the M performance and standard brakes are the same, the caliper colours are different and the M performance brake pads are different (and the discs are drilled). The sensor clips into the brake pads so it could be the shape where it clips in is slightly different, or the calibration for reading wear usage is different.

I would simply check whatever the latest part number listed on RealOEM is and go with that one.

Worst case just ignore the brake sensor and tie the wire back without connecting it....it is sort of useless.

In realoem its 34356794285 which fits 9/2009 to 10/2013
