issue with adaptive headlights

Hello
I seem to have an issue with my red bi-xenon adaptive headlight:

I just got the car delivered yesterday
basically, when I turn the light on, the beam on the right side remains very low.
There is a space in between the housing of the xenon light and the light itself. This leads me to think something is broken or disconnected.

Any thoughts?

Many thanks,

Well,

Just got back from my mechanics and the guy told me one of the rods had been disconnected. He will have to remove the front bumper to take the headlight off and reconnect everything inside.
