Also, do you have any idea why I should stagger the profile? For instance I have to use 225/35/19 and 245/30/19 rather than 225/35/19 and 245/35/19. Many people said the second setup that has same profile is prone to brake failure but I don't get it

You should compare front OEM setup with what you want to put on the front and, compare rear OEM setup with what you want to put in the rear.

The less deviation you have from that specification the safer you are things will be fine.

Solve the problem! I'll probably use 225/35/19 and 235/30/19. It will be Michelin PSS, I know I'm going down from 245 to 235 but I plan for PSS that runs more or less equivalent with narrow 245
