OP reporting back. I now have a Z4M with Rogue Engineering mounts. Hardly ever have a problem catching second, an issue a lot of Z4M owners report having.

Pretty much listed them in my first post, but they made the shifting a little more solid and reaffirming. Can't go wrong with them.

I installed the UUC Blue Poly isolated mounts with enforcer cups and then changed them out for UUC Red Poly bolt-through mounts with enforcer cups. The Blues were great. Muuuuch improved shift feel over the E46 M3 mounts but would still occasionally stick mildly going into 1st and 2nd. Not as bad as the stock or with M3 mounts where it was like 100% of the time. There was some mild to moderate vibration between 2-2.5k RPM.

With the Reds, the shift feel is amazing 100% of the time now. Vibration increased significantly though with a moderate vibration at very low (700-1000) RPMs under load and a moderate to strong vibration under load between 2000-3000RPMs. The Reds are there to stay.

You're welcome! Yeah installing them is quite easy as long as you follow the torque specs provided with the mounts, make sure the car is level and the trans is lifted and lowered properly before torquing.

Having not tried the UUC blacks, I can provide input as to its performance or NVH but the stiffer ones definitely add vibration but the improved shift feel is worth it to me. My car is basically a race car though lol.

The E46 M3 mounts weren't stiff enough to improve the shift feel with my BMW SSK. Others have tried them and liked them though.

Just installed the UCC black with enforcer cups and to me it's maybe like 10% increase in NVH. Only really noticed when I started it the first time, but now I can't even tell. I also have the 34 Motorsport engine mounts installed (yes i know about the failure rates).

You can definitely shift easier when on the power, no doubt. Will be swapping them both for revshift 80a engine and trans mounts in the next year or so.
