I think Dallas or San Antonio or Austin would work best. Goal is 60+ 1Ms to beat the European record set in 2018.

Getting some lap time setup at COTA would help achieve that goal, but I'd wager most American 1Ms are coast-dwellers. That blog post says 500 miles was the longest any attendee drove to the euro event in 2018, so... dueling coast meetups on the same day?

There are a lot of 1 Series owners in Texas including 1M's. I met a guy with a 1M who was having issues a few years back and i helped him out. I track at COTA as well. I vote COTA. Check out my track event post from last weekend:

I know a few people with connections at COTA and a few Track Event Organizers. I will reach out to them and see if we can have something setup but it probably will cost some money for each attendee.

I'm going to try and speak to BMW CCA and see if we can join them at one of their events at COTA this year. I will keep this thread updated. But we would need a good amount of interested drivers. I have a lot of people interested in a track group im part of on facebook.

Yeah it's new, was originally scheduled for Aug but CVD was strong and MX festival rescheduled
