Unhappy Intermittant Codes and Power Loss

I love driving my 2011 135i DCT, but I swear it hates being driven. Some days it feels like it is 100% all there and fast as can be, other days it feels not necessarily sluggish, but like all the boost isn't there or the timing is down. It's had some intermittent codes but I cannot seem to find any causes. I should say it is on MHD Stage 2+ with ETS intercooler and catless DP.

I've had many codes on and off, the ones most often to return are rich mixture codes and airflow too high codes, but more recently I've seen HPFP low pressure codes and some valvetronic codes as well. I've done some logs and TBH, at a glance nothing looks terrible, it hits and occasionally exceeds boost target, HPFP gets to around 2300-2500psi at WOT, AFR isn't excessively rich or lean, cyl timing corrections occur but not regularly and not in huge amounts.

I guess I just don't know where to start, some days she's great, others not so much and at this point with seemingly no rhyme or reason to when codes appear (sometimes with it running exceptionally) I almost feel like why bother.

Here is a snippet of codes I pulled yesterday after it gave me a half check engine light as well as a log of what it was acting like...

- DME active codes -
2774 - Air mass, plausibility: Air mass too high. This one is common and regularly appears without the HPFP codes
2BC1 - Mixture control: Fuel-air mixture too rich. This one is common as well without the HPFP codes
2BF8 - Rail pressure sensor, signal: Permanently stuck. This one appeared later, about 30mins after the HPFP pressure dipped out
2C01 - High fuel pressure, plausibility: Pressure too low. Yeah who knows, this HPFP was replaced less than 15k mi ago
32E3 - EWS-DME interface Hardware fault. Ignore this, my comfort access radio is broken
387F - Power management: Standby current violation. No clue here

- DME shadow (inactive) codes -
2C42 - Mixture control: Multiple fault.

- Misc. information -
MHD build: version 2.20
Voltage 14.22V
Last flashed file : v1.60 Stage 2 plus 91oct_95ronDCT
VIN:
CAS VIN:
HW: 98G0B
Factory software: 7613746
Current software: 8684940
ECU status: Normal operation

- Readiness -
Misfire: Complete.
Fuel System: Complete.
Components: Complete.
Catalyst: Not avail.
Heated Catalyst: Not avail.
Evaporative System: Complete.
Secondary Air System: Not avail.
A/C Refrigerant: Not avail.
Oxygen Sensor: Complete.
Oxygen Sensor Heater: Complete.
EGR System: Complete.

Then here is a log with no codes registered that I took this morning, because like I said, it cannot make up its mind This was 5th gear pull on the hwy that ended in me getting off at an off ramp (if you're curious why it logged so much down shifting), and while it didn't feel 100%, it definitely wasn't limping either

Any help you folks can provide I will appreciate, I don't want to give up on this car. It's just so perfect for how I like to drive. I've got a pretty good background in automotive DIY work, but this is my first BMW and frankly they're tons more complicated than the Nissans and Toyotas that are usually around my place.
