Exterior: 6/10
Paint is overall shiny with good luster. Two stage paint polish + sealant applied in August 2020. Rear passenger quarter panel has a medium sized dent where it meets the bumper from the previous owner. Rear bumper has some love marks from parking in the city. Leading edge of the hood has a few rock chips. Mirror caps and aerial will be replaced next week due to sun damage.

Interior: 9/10
Black Boston leather interior in great condition sourced from a low mileage vehicle (non-heated, fully powered).
OEM 1M Steering Wheel and shift knob in great shape
New floor mats last year (only 10k miles)

Title: Clean, but branded as a 'Manufacturer Buyback'. If you're looking at this car, you know BMW had a hell of a time with injectors and fuel pumps when the N54 was released. In 2010, the car was in the shop for 8+ months, due to constant HPFP / injector issues. The original owner was able to compel BMW to buy the vehicle back because of this. There are absolutely no issues with the new, upgraded parts, and the car functions and drives 100%.

Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions. The price is negotiable; I'm willing to work with serious buyers.
