Hope all is well man! We were out of town, sorry for not getting back to you earlier. Playing catch-up is no fun!

Your diffuser is out of production and at finishing. It’ll be ready to go in a couple of days once it gets QC’d, cleaned and boxed. We had to wait for a few other dry pieces to finish production before sending them all off to cleared together. I should have a tracking number for you in a couple of days.

Your lip should be getting finished at the same time as well, but I’ll call production and ask to make sure for you.

I wanted to also take the time to personally thank you for your patience and understanding. You’ve been extremely patient during this ordeal, and none of this would have been possible without great customers like yourself. We value your business more than anything, so truly, thank you.

We’ve put measures in place so that we never have a wait time like this happen again, and we’ll be stocking up on inventory for future product releases.

It's Thursday over here, no tracking number, no update and no parts. I ordered the regular finish CF parts and I haven't received anything. I don't know why it's taking so long.

iCarbon can you give us a realistic time-frame? What is really going on with the lips?

Does anyone have pictures of the rear spoiler installed? I know with some other companies there have been issues with the ends lifting up.

Any mirror-cap only orders should be receiving their tracking numbers sometime today. ALL diffusers and trunk spoilers are scheduled to exit production tomorrow or Friday at the latest. Then we just need a couple of days to QC them and get them out. Lips will be done next week.

Since we’re already behind schedule, instead of waiting for the lips and consolidating diffusers and lips into one shipment, we’re going to ship the diffusers, mirror caps, and spoilers as soon as the diffusers and spoilers are out of QC in a few days, and the lips will ship by themselves sometime next week.

I'm not complaining about the time it's taking... I'm complaining about empty promising. Sure they make great products but keeping your word is just as important.

I have nothing to do with this GB, but just get your money back if your so sore... I was trying to help you out. Like I said I have a 3D Design Carbon Diffuser sitting here brand new. If you want the iCarbon, I will pull it off my car and put the 3D on mine. I dont care. Forums are designed to help people, not have people bash others. It would be a different story if you asked for your money back and was told tough shit... But I dont think that happened. Chill...

We have waited 6 months for parts that have never showed up. If your idea of a fair solution to this situation is to request our money back than that's practicing poor business and customer relations in my opinion. If you read through updates iCarbon have clearly set dates and made promises which they have not met. They make quality products but their credibility has been lost.

Do you really think that asking for our money back evens up the score here? I don't think that's reasonable and I think that's a poor business approach as a vendor on here. I'm sure there are a few people reading this, and a few people have taken the time to read through a few pages of this thread to understand what's really going on here.

We all know that forums is a place for information. Sometimes its positive and sometimes they are negative. Clearly, there are a lot of upset members here who have waited patiently for a product that was promised and never delivered. But I agree with your last statement...

EVERYONE SHOULD JUST ASK FOR THEIR MONEY BACK. I DO MEAN EVERYONE AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

THEY SHOULD ALSO SEND BACK THEIR DIFFUSERS AND MIRROR CAPS AND ASK FOR THEIR MONEY BACK THERE TOO...
