Btw, I can vouch for Daniel and RSI. I've gotten nothing but excellent customer service from him and I will definitely be going to him for some custom fab work next year
Thank you for your kind words.

We actually upgraded the stage 1 to stage 2...This does not show in the dyno results, though, since we ran in map 0.

base tq numbers with tune on MAP 0
are high - (should be around 275-280ft-lbs)
base whp is on par.

have u tried to dyno with the tune completely out
and only DP?
regardless some good gains, like the community knows
from a catless DP.
nice new product for the N55.

We have not tried to dyno with the JB unit out of the car since map 0 should completely bi-pass the tune. We may consider getting a new baseline if it means showing bigger gains. What dyno(s) are you basing your torque numbers on? Every car is broken in differently. Depending on how aggressive the break-in is, the baseline numbers are subject to increase or decrease.

The idea is simple...The harder break-in helps slightly increase displacement but may affect longevity of the internal components. This is why no 2 dynos are exactly alike - every break-in is different. Also, different tolerances are met during different times of the year depending on temperature - metal expands and contracts differently.

Daniel, can I ask an off topic question (or two)?

Why on earth do you quote 55WTQ?
What does that mean?
What units are you talking about?
Do you mean 55 ft-lb or do you mean 55 Nm?

Wheel torque as you have quoted it is not a unit of measure that has any meaning.

First off it is WTQ not WTO.
It is industry used lingo - if you wish not to believe this, try a google search: WTQ
Since we are in the States, we measure in ft-lbs

Right-o, so you're saying that you saw an increase of 55 ft-lb then - which actually makes sense.
But I still don't understand why people in "the industry" who should know better perpetuate the use of a fictitious unit - unless of course they don't know any better!

Ooh god, stop being a homo. You know exactly what he meant by WTQ just like I did. We say/use the term all the time. If you didn't know, sell your BMW and go back to your ford.
