Best bluetooth AUX dongle?

I have a 2013 E82 with the professional head unit and no idrive system, which bluetooth/aux dongle can i buy that can also use the steering wheel buttons to skip songs/change volume?

I have a 2013 135is (E82) with no iDrive, and this is what I have. It's awesome.

I'm pretty positive you can control the volume with the steering wheel, and I think you can use the steering wheel buttons, but I don't actually remember (I'm in Germany, and my car is back in the States...)

If its Bluetooth what is the 3.5mm jack for?

The jack plugs into the AUX port to send the sound to the head unit. The USB is only for power.

This thing is what I use, I highly recommend it. I don't think the track selection button on the steering wheel will work if you are playing music through YT or soundcloud or anything streamed.

Ahhh ok.
I have one that just goes from the phone to the aux jack and its terrible.
I get a hiss that makes it basically unlistenable.
So I basically gave up but I would still like to be able to listen to Spotify in the car.

I'm using one of these with a Pioneer XDP-30r. No buzz / hiss.

I use echo auto, no wheels controls but it is voice controlled. Things are like 40$ during amazon sales. No fuzz, but the max volume seems to decrease over time.
