Question about RHD 1Ms

Interesting discussion on another board about whether the windshield washer reservoir is located behind the left front fender on RHD cars.

It's located on the right side on LHD cars.

Can one of you British chaps let me know?

Thanks!

Neil

I'll have a look and let you know.

May I just ask why this is seen as being an "interesting discussion"

Windshield bottle locations has never been called interesting before haha

Some folks -- far less risk averse than I -- are using windshield washer reservoirs to feed their methanol injection systems.

The reservoir on U.S. cars is on the left side, near the exhaust manifold/turbos, and strikes me as especially dangerous.

My thought for persons willing to lose their warranty coverage by going to meth injection is that it should be stored in a fuel cell.
