The Corvette on the other hand is and always has been since day one built as a pure sports car. So yes maybe it is a little louder inside with a big throbbing, powerful American V-8 and a little more road noise entering the cabin due to less sound insulation to keep weight down and maybe it rides a little stiffer than the 135 but you dont hear all the magazines complaining about horrible understeer in the C6. You wanna play you gotta pay. Just check the Nurburgring times. The Corvette is a serious sports car for not a whole lot of cash like cars it runs with. That said, I cant wait to get my 135i in April(ED). I will then have two cars that will put a big friggin smile on my face. |

If you want a plastic car, get the Vette
If you like to go really fast (in straight lines), get the Vette If you like gold chains, get the Vette And yes, I'm no big fan of Vettes. But that's just my opinion |

And if you want to go fast in curves...get the Vette. It will outhandle anything in its price range. This nonsense about it "being fast in a straight line" needs to stop. A Vette is fast EVERYWHERE. And that's not just my opinion, its fact. |

Here's my input from a completely different perspective:
C6: chick magnet One: chick car (j/k! well...sort of...I think the verts are chick cars, especially the red and white ones) JMHO and everyone else has a right to theirs...but remember, unless you're a chick, think twice before posting what a chick thinks! |

I can't argue against a C6 vette. As long as you don't have about interior quality all that much, go for it!

If I was single, though...I'd rather be picked up on a date by a guy in a C6 (not white, please!) instead of a 1. |

I know there are way more guys frequenting this forum than girls, so I knew I'd run the risk of offending the red and white vert owners...but it's just my opinion and if you like what you drive, you shouldn't really care what I think! BTW, the Beetle vert is also a chick car...you should've gotten a Porsche instead! |

boss's c6 z06 rattled like crazy, he had dynamat installed on everything from the seats back, and it helped a lot
probably added some weight, but in the rear where it needs it, and the trade off was worth it

You "might" give me that? You don't have any choice. It's black and white and the numbers don't lie. The C5 was also a very good handling car, and would run with stuff WAY above its price point, as would the C4.

Its just like when you say "with all due respect". Do you actually ever say anything respectful after that?
