e46 m3 wheels fit for 1m?

hi guys, I'm currently just on the stock 19 inch wheels but currently purchasing a set of used bbs LM-R wheels from a friend.

The specs are as follows:
19x8.5 et32 front
19x9.5 et25 rear
5x120 bolt pattern

they are currently mounted on 235 35 19 front and 265 30 19 rear tires.

would these fit my 1m and if so, would I need spacers to make it look and handle optimally? do I need to look for different tire sizes?
