2008 BMW 128i - 6-speed, all original
OVERVIEW The 2008 was year one of the 1-series in the US (includes "Year One of the 1" edition start button). I understand the KBB is much lower than my asking price, but this is a rare 6-speed that has been well care for. Body/paint and interior is near-perfect. Higher mileage, but well-maintained with lots of money put into this car, always at the BMW dealerships. I am not discussing lower offers until you see the car in-person. Not in any hurry to sell and happy to wait until the right buyer comes along (perhaps never). Please contact me if you are interested in seeing more pictures...I can send you a link to 200+ photos and 2 videos. These 1-series coupes are rapidly gaining value as a "modern classic"...one of the last true BMWs engines with good reliability. The compact, sporty body style makes it a ton of fun. This one is unmolested, no modifications aside from the brake calipers that were painted red by the 2nd owner. Local CL add with more pictures available here: https://denver.craigslist.org/cto/d/...553878888.html HISTORY AND REASON FOR SELLING According to help from 1Addict community, full specs not available from BMWNA because the car was a military delivery and options aren't available through BMWNA. I acquired the car from second owner with 90k miles on it in May 2016. Vehicle spend time in: Washington, DC: June 2016 – April 2018 Northern California: April 2018 – June 2019 Denver, CO: June 2019 – Present I am the 3rd owner and the 2nd owner babied the car as well. Prior owner painted the brake calipers red; otherwise, the vehicle is all stock with no modifications. Always garaged, except in Northern California where it was in covered car port. All maintenance performed by BMW Dealerships. All notable services are available. Recent service includes: transmission shift shaft sealer, new battery, coolant flush, oil change Only 4.5K miles added since June 2019...I got a SUV and this was the summer car only. Fun car to drive in the foothills and one of the last true BMWs... Selling is tough but I am ready to dig into the 2002 world and don't have the garage space or wallet for both. This was my dream car and I have babied it, as did the prior owner who provided service records, including those provided by the first owner. You should certainly make mention of the fact that it is a Sports Package car, but I don't think what you have is actually leather.
Full specs not available from BMWNA because the car was a military delivery and options aren't available through BMWNA. VIN decoder shows color as Sparkling Graphite and interior as Sensatec Black. Nice car. GLWTS. Last edited by BMWCCA1; 09-13-2022 at 09:25 PM.. |

Sensatec is BMW faux leather material. Quick clue is to look at door card area. No seam in the material. Leather has a seam running through it. Second clue is the bolster probably still looks nice 😀 |

True info. But FYI you're replying to a scammer / spammer. Newbie regurgitating an earlier reply and there's a link embedded in their post.

Looks clean! I have an identical one with black piano trim. The color is also kind of rare as it was replaced with Space grey in late 2008 if I'm not mistaken. I always thought sparkling graphite looked better. Good luck with selling!
