Nice top mount, which garrett turbo is that? What manifold did you end up using?

Ugghh, itching to do a ST conversion! However, I need to wait until I move back stateside before I can do it where I will have more support and can save my $$$$ in the meantime.

Jealous for sure..

The setup looks great man, is this just a one off, or is there the possibility of fabricating a few more kits (the demand is there for a RHD ST!)

Can we please see some pics of your manifold?!?

What sort of boost will you plan to run, what tuning setup and are you MT??

Hey mate, Thanks pretty happy with it

Didnt design it as a reproduction kit, it was a one off, I would be happy to design a bolt on kit with dump water lines, oil lines everything needed if the numbers are there? I have another stock 135i there that I can use to build the bolt on kit, show me some volume and price point you guys would want to pay and I can build it to suit!

I didnt take many pics of the build process and trying to get pic of the manifold is pretty hard to see down there, not much room. its nothing special tho just made a steam pipe log style on this one because of time constraints and I didnt want to modify the water pipe from the engine. but there is no lose in power thus far from the log style... as for boost going forward its running 17psi atm, the High pressure pump is at its limit now so will sort that then maybe 22psi push out 550 @ the wheels then done. the goal was only to make 500hp and its doing that pretty much now safely...

0-400 test result? Reliability is not really an issue until about 550 hp but it really comes down to how the car is tuned!

I have Tuning software & Hardware that allows me to to read and modify the factory software.
