Approach one or both the residents in question, invite them over for a drink, get into a fun conversation, ask them what they don't like about living there, then tell after you guys have all relaxed a little about your concerns. Make them friends and you will feel less weird about everything.

He's a total douche, I didn't like the looks of him first time I saw him. Knew my gut was right and that he was going to be a little cunt. I'm going to keep up the surveillance and I should be seeing the second camera I ordered by Monday. This camera is in a temporary location for now. Plan is to have two camera for full coverage of the garage in case this cunt plans on doing anything to my car.

Looks like a twat. Anywho. Should really just buy a door handle that locks automatically. Then JBweld the inside so they cant change the settings. Give the other people who use the garage a key to be nice.

Shitty neighbors suck. You can talk to them, call your HOA, but most of the time the situation is only solved by moving.
