the minor rub i got... i think i know where it is. where the bumper meets the metal paneling. Its not as bevelled of an edge as the other stuff.. Was thinking of just bending it myself but i am gonna have a pro do it just o make sure its done right.

You should give them a call, things get accomplished much faster via the phone instead of the forums.

Totally frustrated... They clearly do not care... Matt's been telling me that he will talk to me later and he never does... I pretty much gave up on this lost cause.... Time to move on and deal with the loss and I hope they get no more business....

http://www.facebook.com/AlufelgenWheels?sk=info Click more and bam you have a phone number. Ask for Matt. Or http://www.alufelgenwheels.com/ Click contact us. Not hard to find a phone #. I understand your frustrated but your circumstances seem to be out of the ordinary due to being outside the country and etc. I personally ordered on July 14th, rims came on July 22 and then I had them installed this Sunday. I ran into 0 issues dealing with Matt over the phone. Last edited by cooler2442; 07-25-2011 at 07:00 PM.. |

I dont wanna hear it from you. Most of us that where actually part of this group buy ordered loooong before you.
The circumstances aren't that he lives over seas, there is no circumstances and there is no excuses, and many of them you have not had to put up with over the past few months.. So lay off and dont rub it in our faces that your the one single customer from Alufelgen with a satisfaction in getting these rims in a timely manner. Rikx135's rims should have been shipped like 2 weeks ago or more. And if they have, why do they keep ignoring his request for a shipping invoice or just an email saying they are on the way?. At least then he can relax because he knows USPS is in control of the wheels and not an unresponsive Floridian company.. AND! it shouldnt take a damn international call to say "send me my rims" and get a response "ok they are on there way". Where in the age of the F''ing internet, email should suffice. Quote:

We are forced to make a public response since things seem to be getting out of hand.
I`m not here to enter into a debate with the members but we have to see both sides of the story. We have shipped over 100 sets. Why would we ship everybody's order and not his? Currently, orders ship within 24-48 hours. This explains our side of the story. What should we do in this case? We get an email every few days requesting something different. At this point Rikx135i order is in the system as Sports Gunmetal and is pending shipment once the SG arrive. Feel free to email me with any questions, Matt Sales@ALUFELGENWheels.com |

Can I see both side of the story regrading the center cap? I can't wait . I never ask you to hold my order or I never ask to change color, I actually ask you to send me whatever the design you have. But I didn't get a reply.
