Opening my new VMR 710s!

Got a 2010 Titanium 135i convertible
(not my 1st color choice but 45k miles and impeccable condition sealed it)
On Black Friday I bought a set of

18" VMR V710s in gunmetal
F- 18x8.5 et45 235/40/18
R- 18x9.5 et50 265/35/18

Let's hope they don't rub TOO bad.
Salesman said fronts will be fine, but 255 rears was the way to go and that my 265s would rub on bumbs with adults in the back. Since that will probably never happen, I went a little more tire.

I did a lot of research and heard they will rub slightly or will only rub with heavy guys in the back. If they rub, I'll just have the fenders rolled a little or move down to 255s.
Sometimes you get to a point in your life where you just want what you want no matter what little sense it may make and what extra cost it may take.
