I'd think they'd work fine. If no one really who knows for sure replies, I'd call/ask Harold at HPA if it were me.

Yes, you are fine. However, you may or may not get the desired lowering from the supplied springs.

I have the KW V3 and Harrold is correct. I didn't get much lowering on my car. A little but not significant.

I have KW Clubsport on my car. In the TUV document it says E90/92 M3 and 1M, so it's exactly the same kit for both models.
