Side mirror bubbles - fixable?

I noticed a group of bubbles in my pass side view mirror this morning - at bottom of the mirror edge. I assume the seal is broken allowing air to get into the liquid inside the face of the mirror glass

Any warranty on this issue?
Cost to replace?
Easy DIY I assume

It sounds like a similar issue that I had with my E39 mirrors. The replacement mirror glass (heated) wasn't very expensive. And the DIY was simple.

Though I believe the auto dimming mirrors are considerably more expensive.
