paint defect
Brought my car two weeks ago and notice some paint defects. Black specks like brake dust on a white car. It is covered under warranty and the dealer said as a last resort they may need to use some paint but it be after-market paint.
I have no pictures. You can't see the specks (as in 2) until your up close. Do you think it is risk fixing with "after-market" paint? |

I had the same issue, its rail dust. Take it back and they will fix it.

It is not rail dust as it is actually embedded in the paint. I brought it to a detailer and dealer to confirm which is why aftermarket paint may be needed to fix it and make it perfect.
