Card in Bike Spoke Noise..??

Hey guys,

I'm driving a 2010 BMW 135i coupe with N54/6-speed manual transmission. Recently, there's been a noise coming from under the hood that sounds like a card in bike spokes that happens when I initially start the car and whenever I take my foot off of the accelerator (except when pressing on the clutch). Have done a bit of research on this and it seems like it might be a bent/loose heat shield.

Has anyone else had this happen? Below is a link to the video with the noise (happens after the rev).

Thanks for your thoughts.
