Are Coupe/Convertible Doors interchangeable?

My 09 Coupe has a decent dent in the driver side door. The cheapest available options all seem to be off Convertibles. I see from pics that the window switches are different to accommodate the 4 power windows.

Does anyone know if I can swap the door, and just take my door card and speakers and such and throw them into the convertible door?

The part numbers are the same for doors on the convertible and coupe if you look on realoem.com.
