Pole position rail

Hi, I installed a Recaro pole position on to my 1m I am using Recaro L plate and rail, but the rail is kind of like 3cm heighten than the flat stock ones, does anyone have any solution to fix this, I prefer the rail can be directly mounted to the car(like the stock ones) with the 3cm height and can fit the Recaro L plate.
