Fog light intake ducts?

Does anyone know where I can get some ducts to replace the fog lights like on the car below? My car doesn't have fog lights but it has the vent things which I think looks a bit average. I like the look of whatever is on this car.

just cut out the middle slat

I think that one has the piece just removed rather than cutting the center bar out. Looks cleaner I think and is what I'm going to do with mine next time I have the bumper off.

You can see an example in post no. 38 in this thread, but it would've been faster to just remove the bumper rather than go in through the wheel well...
