I just placed an order for a 2012 1M - October build. Tbd the actual week.

That's interesting, since my friend was just offered the opportunity to purchase a 1M from the Autonation run Desert BMW in Las Vegas for 10K over MSRP. Turned it down, of course. These are the types of inconsistencies that drive us (the potential buyer) NUTS! Ask Gonzalo Ortega (CA there at Desert) about the specifics, but when you say "no addendums", and "will only sell at MSRP", I really have to question it.

My friend was also offered 10k above msrp at Desert BMW of Las Vegas, turned it down too.

I really hope a 2012 gets built. I will be in the market for an additional car in the next year and would like a 1M.

So your telling me the dealer who sold and told me I bought a 2012 1M based on the 1 additional allocation they received from BMW on 8/20 is really not a 2011? I will ask on Monday for further clarification.

Sounds true. My source from Nigeria, who just happens to be the same guy who helped me transfer $24,000,000 into the USA for just a small wire transfer of a few thousand $$, and as it turns out the very same guy who has a secret warehouse with Apollo 18 (including astronauts) stored in cryogenic freeze, filled me in on the details.

BMW will take leftover parts from the current 1M run, and mix them with surplus Pontiac Aztek shells, add a pup tent option for when it breaks down and power it with solid fuel boosters. The interior of course will look stock.

Pricing is set a $12 for the first six thousand willing to put a $10,000 deposit down. Production is limited to a zillion.
