I think we shall go for the initial meet on the 30th December as the majority can make that day. I'll call them in the next couple of days to let them know we are coming.

Hi
We are a small group of owners in the south east that have recently taken delivery of our BMW 1M cars.
We are interested in meeting up for the first time and would like to come along to your diner on 30th December.
All going well we would probably like to meet up on a monthly basis and hope to increase the numbers as more become aware.
We anticipate arriving around midday for a couple of hours and wondered if we can reserve an area in the car park for around 7-10 cars. I'm sure most of us will be hungry around that time so would like to eat in the diner as well.
If you could let us know if this date is available and give us any further relevant information.

No idea where - never done this kind of thing before. Just hope it still happens as played a part in me arranging tomorrow for pickup rather than waiting for new year. Anywhere on M25 would do, right?

The Owl at Kingsfold (A24). Further South but has a good car park. Often used for car and bike meets.

Both suggestions work for me. GTR - are you only in if its south of the M25? I'm guessing not ideal for Essex based M's?

Don't you need to book the Ace Cafe in advance? they usually are booked up for weeks with club events.
