N43 116i fuel pressure dropping.

Hi all,
n43 116i cranking but it doesn't start, no error on Dashboard. No error in Inpa.

While engine cranking:
LPFP Sensor in inpa shows: ~ 5780 hPa
While cranking Raildruck pressure is: ~ 6200 hPa ( should be more than 100,000 hPa?)

Stop cranking and after 50 seconds:
LPFP shows 460 hPa
HPFP Rildruck shows 890 hPa

I understand that after opening the door, the Rail pressure and LPFP pressure should show ~ 5100 hPa? Mine is: (door opened and Ignition start) pressure increase to ~ 5000 and start dropping, until to below 1000...in 1 min.

Rail Pressure Sensor are ok.
Any tips? Could this be a valve under the seat?

Thanks
