MHD Tuner or Wedge on 1M

Anyone with a 1M here have experience with the Android MHD Tuner? And/or the Wedge off the shelf maps??

Just got my cables and android device. And plan to start with the monitoring functions.

Would love to hear about fellow 1M owners' experiences!

I'm running a MOTIV-calibrated MHD tune on my highly modified, single turbo 1M.

I wouldn't trust the tune to anyone else.

Any dyno work you can share? Comments on drivability (as in, on the street.)

Argh, dead in the water. HTC 626s I bought yesterday apparently doesn't support OTG.

What device do you guys use?

Will look up MOTIV.

I'm using the MHD flasher with a custom wedge tune from Ken. Incredible customer service so far and everything is going great. I haven't gotten a chance to really push the car with the tune as I got it installed just as winter was kicking in so I stored my car. Will be taking it out in the next month and seeing how it runs.

Yes, you receive an initial conservative base line map. If you reach out to Ken or Dimitri they will set you up and go through everything. PM me if you need there contact info.

Is the initial tune the one u can buy via the MHD app? And is it 1M specific?

For the 1M, it's not an off the shelf tune from MHD, you'll have to contact Wedge to get one..I believe it's slightly more expensive as well.

At higher boost levels, you definitely need a custom MHD tune.

Don't know about Wedge, but I do know that MOTIV has figured out the boost-related tables that are unique to the 1M ROM.

With a conservative tune at 23-24 psi on 93 pump, I'm around 600 whp.

600whp and conservative don't compute for me! That's some power!

Defn thanks for the tip on the 1M specific boost tables.

I'm planning a mild bolt on 91 tune, likely just FMIC and drop in filter. Also want a 100oct map for safe fun.

Yep, that seems like the process I've been doing.
