I'm paying $820 over invoice. I'm getting a 128i convertible with just the convenience package and cold weather package (along with metallic paint). Invoice for this according to edmunds.com is $37,180. I'm paying $38,000 before tax and tags. It would have been nice to get it for $500 over invoice, but I'm happy enough with my deal.

Hey guys, new to this forum but a loyal BMW owner. This is the deal I just made. Copied from my sales guy's email.

Here is a recap of the deal and the list of options on the car.
Both leases are 36 month 12k miles per year
1.The MSRP is $47,625
2.Cost is $44,550
3.Selling price with mats is $44,090
4.The lease without the BMW FS bank fee is $535 plus tax = $587 with tax and $1,200 drive off fees and the rate is 0.00125
5. The lease with the BMW FS bank fee is $510 plus tax =$560 with tax and $2,180 drive off fees and the rate is 0.00090

Here is the list of options
1.Base price $39,050
2.Convenience package $1,000
3.M-Sport package $ 1,300
4.Premium package $2,350
5.SMG trans $450
6. Heated seats $ 500
7. GPS $2,100
8. Handling $ 875
MSRP is $47,625

I checked it against edmunds and there is a couple hundred dollar difference but I'm assuming that it is the cost of floor mats. I also have BMWFS loyalty.

Also, I test drove the new 6 and received $1000 off the purchase/lease of a new bmw, so I plan to use that as part of my "drive off".

M Sport Package $1300
TOTAL MSRP = $41,225 (including dest)

Dealer Invoice is $38,485

Ask for the difference without security deposits. What MF are you getting??? What residual? Once you know the MF and residual you can go to the lease calculator and plug in the numbers to see what you are getting.

Anyone know is lease residuals and interest rates (money factor) are negotiable in Canada? I'm about to embark on my third consecutive lease and my credit is top notch.

Hey guys new here...quick question, when you say 500 over invoice as the price to shoot for, is that plus tag tax and title only? or does that omit the infamous 'dealer fee'
I have been shopping around for a 1 series to have the salesman lowball with 1-1.5k off sticker to then try to include '599 dealer fee'.
I know most dealers here will not budge on their dealer fee so would 500 over invoice plus 599 dealer fee and TTT or 500 over invoice including dealer fee.
Thanks!

I configured mine on overstock.com and was referred to three dealerships in my area that participated in their 'program'.

The first one who called me had to locate my car (there were only four available MT 135i M-Sport Leather cars on the East Coast).

The internet sales person made it easy for me and said that they do a simple $299 over invoice.

MSRP: $47,950
INVOICE: $44,685
My Price: $44, 984
Dealer fee: $75 (this seems to be set in stone and totally reasonable

Plus sales tax, registration fees ($210), inspection fee ($10), NYS waste fee ($12.50).

Seriously, check out Overstock.com

Thanks for the tip, will try Overstock!
A $75 dealer fee sounds reasonable, unfortunately all dealers in the FL area charge a $599 dealer fee which they do not want to move.

MSRP 45475
Invoice 42555
Selling Price 42955

EDIT: to answer your question, drive off fee could be the MACO/training/destination fee.
