suspension 135i Msport package

Are the suspensions on the 135i MSport Package the same as on the standard 135i? Is the ride equally harsh for both, or can you feel the difference on somewhat rough roads? Appreciate any advice as to which way to go.

Just drove 135i and don't know what all the fuss is about re harsh ride. The ride on the run flats is nice--comfortable even. I don't understand the comments about a teeth rattling ride.

MSport drops the car 10mm. I don't find the ride harsh on mine, and it is straight stock at this time.

Same here. Even added stiffer M3 rear subframe bushings, to remove some of the rear end wiggle.

To answer the OP's question... for a 135i coupe all the suspensions are the same. Its only for the 128i(and also on the e87/e81 hatches) that there are two different suspensions.

As Dackel said, all 135i suspensions are the same. And they all suck. I wouldn't quite say they are harsh, just uncomfortable and inadequate. The rear bounce in the stock suspension is ridiculous. If you have the means, get the ///M suspensions bits and bushings installed immediately, and change out the dampers.

Bought a 135i w/ Dinan Stage 2, exhaust, etc. Very fast, but on acceleration the rear seems to push the front from left to right. Happens even when accelerating in any gear at any speed. A bit disconcerting. I'm used to the cool control of my M5. I plan to track the car starting this month. If this is normal what should I do to get better control?

Try Dinan's lower control arm monoball kit and rear toe links. Gets rid of all the suspension slop.
