WTB: Genuine BMW Performance Exhaust - E82

Looking to buy a genuine BMW performance exhaust for e82. Drop me a note if you are looking to sell.

At this stage not interested in the PE mod.

Cheers!

Curious on how many may be up for sale as I might be in the market for one too if the prices are right.

They are likely hard to find.

Many owners find clever, quality welders to hack them open and replicate the PE interiors which is a 2-3 hour job. I can put you in contact with Sydney sider that does them

My mechanic (BMW Specialist) has an exhaust shop they use that does the whole proper PE MOD for $650, but one of my mates with an 2011 got his essentially straight piped for $150 at some other place. I've been contemplating both tbh but part of me would still like the OEM part so i can always replace the stock unit when it comes time to sell.

In saying that theres no harm in getting more info and prices from other shops. PM me the details if you'd like.

Not yet, I'm assessing overseas options.

Have looked at the PE mod, but would prefer genuine as it also includes the Y pipe. It sounds great and very close but I'd argue it's not as good as the real thing - also much cheaper than the real thing

Would prefer to keep my stock muffler as is, like having the option to go back to stock.

$650?! It's not a $200/hr kind of job.
Coming from someone who PE modded half a dozen 135i exhausts.
