261m with 225 & 255 width tires, while lowered Eibach springs?
Planning my setup for the summer and was only planning to buy tires & lowering springs.
I was thinking of going Michelin PSS or Firestone Indy 500 (225/40/18, 225/35/18) I also wanted a slight drop with Eibach Pro-Kit springs, but I've heard of some people rubbing on hard turns with stock height. Will this setup work? If not, what else would I have to adjust? |

You should be fine. If anything you can pull the pins on the stock front upper strut mounts and dial in a bit more negative camber. The wheel usually only rubs up front on the tab that mounts your front bumper to the fender. If you trim this tab with a dremel, it probably will not rub at all. The rear should not be an issue.
I'll let someone who has actually run this setup chime in. But for what it is worth, I was not even close to rubbing on stock suspension and 225/255 on stock wheels. |
