17x9 +45

I'm planning to buy track wheel for my 135

Front: 17x8 +40 with 225-45-17 Hoosier R6
Rear: 17x9 +45 with 245-40-17 Hossier R6

Do you think it will rub on rear??

It's hard to find 17'' wheel with front(7.5-8'') and rear(8.5-9) fitment with high offset for 135. Anyone have any idea?

Thanks

I just put 245/40/17s front and back. The wheels are +40 and 8.5.

It rubs front and back, but not bad. I'm getting the fenders rolled tomorrow.

That's a pretty good setup, but I do think you'll rub unmodified, probably both front and rear.

You should be fine driving around the neighborhood, but before I put passengers in the car or took it to the track I'd modify it. First I'd install front camber plates, then that front setup should be about perfect. Next I'd roll the rear fenders. Then switch to stiffer springs, which will help on the track and should stop most of the rub. Maybe a tad of increased rear camber will also be needed if you want no rubbing at all.

Hoosier R6's do run very wide. With the fairly aggressive wheel fitment, you will most likely rub front and rear even at stock height under compression.

17x9 +45 is 1mm outer than 17x8.5 +40

and my Hoosier 245 are very wide compared to street tires.

Ideal setup for me:
17x8 +45
17x9 +50
but impossible to find this
