Detailer's Domain: Lexus LX470
Lexus LX470 -
This SUV needed a decent clean up, however the paint wasn't bad at all. What was done - Exterior - Wheels were prepped with Sonax Wheel Cleaner and cleaned up with various brushes - Tires were spritzed down with Adam's All Purpose Cleaner and washed down - Wheel wells were cleaned up - Wash down and rinsed - Door jambs were cleaned up - Clayed - Dried - Tires dressed - Masking - Polished with Menzerna Power Finish - Inspection with Fenix, 3m Sun Gun, Infratech, and natural sunlight - Last Step - Menzerna Power Lock - Rubber and Plastics Treated - Exterior windows and mirrors cleaned and sealed - Exhaust tips cleaned - Windows were clayed and sealed Engine -Cleaned - Dressed Interior -Leather Cleaned and conditioned -Dash and plastics cleaned -Vacuumed -Carpets Cleaned and Extracted -Mats cleaned Products used: (feel free to click the link below for more info) Exterior: Lusso Auto Bathe Adam's All Purpose Cleaner Uber Yellow Wash Sponge Uber Clay Bar kit with Optimum No Rinse Einszett Spray Wax Menzerna Power Finish Menzerna Power Lock Wheels/Tires Uber Wheel and Tire Kit Adam's Super VRT Glass Adam's Glass Cleaner Adam's Glass Sealant Engine Adam's APC Adam's In and Out Spray Interior Sonax Dashboard Cleaner Sonax Leather Foam Tools: Infratech 5300 Fenix TK11 Brinkmann Fenix TK40 Flex 3403 Makita Metabo The Uber Foam Pads (5.5inch) Tons of "Uber" Microfiber Towels Uber Drying Towels Brushes Cam Spray Pressure Wash and Foam Canon Attachment Interior           Closer Look   Vac   Sonax Leather Foam   Stains and marks from a baby set  After  Dusting  Mats  Cleaned up mats with einszett Deep Cleaner  After shots:                   Before shots (not great but you get the point)         Wheels and tires    Sonax Full Effect Wheel Cleaner     Rinse   Before Engine     P21S TAW on the engine bay   After shots    Wash     The Lexus was in much need of claying   Polished out with Power Finish - the paint was in good shape. Nice job Phil! Can you describe your carpet cleaning process? They looked like they came out great...what did you extract with? Do you use a dedicated machine or a shop vac?
