Bimmerlabs 3 stage intake tune help

Season's greetings gentlemen. I'm looking to use the Bimmerlabs 3 stage intake tune for my 3 stage intake upgrade and I'm requesting some assistance please. I've seen this post here https://www.1addicts.com/forums/show....php?t=1649080 and would like to confirm the following for my 2011 128 N52K:

1) The .ipo file can be pulled from the e89 sp-daten files?

2) What about the .prg file?
