Is this the current best deeal?

The dealer offered me $1000 over my invoice price. He claimed invoice on an 09 135i was $500 more than my research and thus offered "500 over invoice". Are my prices correct? I'm also surprised that no one seemed to care whether I took BMWFS or not.

Thats what I heard also.
$300 advertisement fee
$180 training fee.
Now..I went to a couple of dealers all of them mentioned those fees.

Looks like a pretty good deal - congrats! For some reason I have it in my head that the $180 training fee is the fee for having the CA show you the car's features when you pick it up. If that's the case, you could probably get that taken off. From what I've heard you have the correct invoice price by the way.

My CA and Sales mgr are showing me how to drive stick the day I come in and sign. I'd say thats worth a training fee of some sort. I'm probably taking the deal. I did ultimate drive there and everyone was more than nice. Plus a 15min no haggle negotiation over the phone? Hard to beat that. No one even bothered giving me the "sticker is the discount" BS.

Those fees are supposedly unavoidable. The best deal I've seen is about $500 over "their" invoice as well, so I think you've done ok.

Sedona with Terra Cotta, I'd have to see that. It doesn't sound good to me.

I'm a CA at a midwest dealer. The "training fee" is part of the invoice for us. It's to send us to training to learn the product and pays for all the literature, etc. that we need. Most good CA's spend their downtime learning product knowledge. Metro area dealers will also have a "MACO" fee which is for advertising. These fees really are part of the invoice and I have never seen a dealer waive them. I'll be happy to help anyone out there with purchasing from their local dealer.

For $180 my CA should be a damn expert with my car, knowing that now sure makes me feel ripped off.

Having to pay for training is adding insult to injury in my opinion. We know more about BMW products than the CA's, and we have to pay THEM for their product knowledge. You gotta love it. I asked my CA about the commerative 1 book and was told I don't qualify. Wrong. I was told I couldn't wash my convertible in a commercial car wash, only by hand. Wrong. They weren't aware I got HD radio added for $0 with I-drive until I told them.

Weird, I believe HD radio adds $350 to the price on the 09s when you order nav.

Nope. I see your configuration. Looks like your getting something free you didn't even know about!! You must have asked a CA.

My CA just let me bang away at a 330 until I figured out how a 6spd worked. He was also honest enough to remind me that terra + sedona red = vomit. He earned his fee.
