Went to carmax today

went into my local carmax to sell my volvo today, and they had an 08 135 , with nav, sports package and 6mt. I drove it and i absolutely cannot wait for my car to come. To bad it will take another 2 months. They also had an 09 sti and i drove that. No comparison the 135 drove better, accelerated faster, and felt all around better. Im happy with my decision to get a 135.

Carmax is charging alittle too much, especially if the original buyer bought it at Wholesale USA Delievery or ED (not MSRP)

i agree, but it was nice to drive a car similar to the one i ordered. The engine was of course broken in so really beat on the car. Needless to say it put a grin on my face every time i slammed the right pedal

Yup and it makes you feel good! I got a good deal on the car because I talked the price down by 2-3k. But in the end you are getting a fair deal at 36-36.5k so it really isn't deceiving.

Good luck negotiating with Carmax...they do not negotiate as part of their business model. Most of their cars are pretty fairly priced at or below private party KBB prices and they plan to move LOTS of cars, so they don't make much on each car. You MAY have a chance to negotiate if you called the manager directly and made a reasonable offer, however, the 135 is still so new that they will probably get their 39K price.
