I’ve considered doing this but it seems like the Lux bulbs are overly bright from photos I’ve seen plus it looks like a PITA just to replace the bulbs. I don’t want to worry about it until they go out.

I'm thinking about selling my LUX H8 V5 ADJUSTABLE WHITE ANGEL EYES and upgrading to the 180s, but I hate to take too much of a loss.
Would anyone be interested in them? I just bought them in March. -Sam |

For the price difference it's worth looking. The comparison photo they posted has their own light in the shade and the competitor in sunlight, so it's not the best example. I've worked around LED light manufacturing in two capacities, and unfortunately, China is really good at making this stuff. (and they may well be making LUX lights to their spec) Hard to say without a better side by side, but for the price difference, it might be worth checking others out as well.
