chargepipe installation question

Hey guys,
So I just installed an ER chargepipe and the rubber intercooler connection to the bottom of the chargepipe keeps popping off when I drive it. I used the clamp to secure it but keeps popping off regardless. Is there a trick to securing the connection? Or am I missing something?

Don't use a worm clamp. Use a t bolt hose clamp. And torque it down more.

I used a tbolt clamp, any chance this has to do with the valve stiffness on my bov? I have never heard the bov go off because everytime i gas it the connection pops off

I see you don't have the new long version er charge pipe . take off the charpipe from the throttle Boddy and Unscrew the nut and start from the silicone hose tighten it were suppose to be and the pull it up towards the throttle body and install it. just be careful how to pull it and install it I thought you had the er long version chargepipe for some reason

I re-positioned the tubing to allow me to get the rubber higher on the CP and then tightened the clamp as much as possible. Has held up nicely since with some spirited driving. If that hadnt had worked your suggestion was the next try hah
