Nice, agreed definitely more than fair, though somehow they worked out my lease payment to be just over $700. Anywho congrats again, and nice pics. I'm itching to finally get 1

Yeah, leasing offers on the 1 are horrible right now, you might as well buy the car as the monthly payments would be about the same. I ended up buying, and after tax, tags, wheel/tire protection and GAP I'm paying $725/mo.

Yea that's the way I'm leaning now, originally I was looking at leasing with there being so many deals out there except for the 1 of course haha....Hopefully when the selling time comes can still get a pretty decent amount for it.

The lease deals are better on the convertibles and 128i than the 135 coupes for some reason.

the 09 leases are better on the 135i verts than the 135i coupes (higher residual by 2%)

Great pics:w00t:

The front looks way better without the front lower grill. Good mod:thumbup:

Was it a pain in the a$$ to do? Do you have to remove the front bumper to do it? I might do that as well...

It was quite a pain to do, but no you don't have to remove the front bumper. Just remove all the lower 8mm screws on the bottom of the bumper and you can reach in and fight with the clips that hold it on. It's rough and you need to get the front of the car off the ground. I used ramps and it took me about an hour to do. Then you have to pull the grill through the opening in the front without scratching your paint...its a chore!

Did you leave the clips on the bumper intact? I thought I remembered that you could see the clips once the grill was removed. Does it look ok with them showing?

Since my car is black I can't even notice them at first glance, on other colors they will stand out for sure.
