Is there anywhere to get 93 octane up there? That the only thing that's holding me back.

There is a pump with 100 octane at the track (i think even 110). It's a really nice track, facilities, a little diner etc.

you can get 100 and mix it with 91 to make 93

why do you need higher octane tho?

Oh My, that's a great deal... My 2009 M-Sport package is BONE stock, but I'm tempted to go just to play with the car stock...... hmmmmm....

Not I. Trying to prepare my car for ButtonWillow on the 11th with SpeedDistrict if I can get my brakes sorted out. Thinking of going with Castrol SRF + Ferodo 2500's.

If you are a beginner to intermediate level driver and run street tires, they might be okay, but I have no experience with them on a BMW.
I've only tracked on the OEM pads so far but looks like they are at the limit and I'm not ready to go full on track pads yet so hoping the DS2500 will be decent enough.

There's no magic "good at everything" pad, so I'd give the DS2500's a try. Combined with SRF fluid, it should be a sizeable improvement on the OEM system. If they still fade, then you have no choice but to go with a mild track pad.

Yeah next time..ur runs and my runs were kind of back to back so not a lot of time to chill; also i made a run to the border for lunch since the line was long. My car was being very nice and handled very well on Sat i was impressed; no cooling issues now after an upgraded oil cooler and brakes.

I don't have Derek's number always forget to get it; Derek can you pm both of us the correct digits?
