SoCal Tint Reccomendation

Hey guys, just recently moved to LA from FL and don't have any idea who the good vendors are out here. I'm taking delivery of my 1 today and won't last too long without tint. Who do you guys recommend?

well im not gonna billy mays you but ive been told it provides a lot more heat blocking...i was a bit afraid of regular metallic tint messing with my comfort access, but i dont believe its been a problem

Also the ceramic tint looks very nice and makes the car look better than metallic; in my opinion. It has a slight blue tint to it which you can see on lots of luxury cars.

Go to Solar Eclipse in Woodland Hills, for all 5 windows its around 130-150 depending on his mood and how much you bargain. Quality is great though. i have gone to them for every single one of my tints including rear tailights and windows

I highly recommend Toby Larsson of Elite Tint. He's a nationally ranked BMW CCA racer, so it's nice to support a fellow enthusiast. He's a Llumar expert and does phenomenal work. He did Air Blue on my entire car plus windshield. The best part - he'll come to you!

Going to STM today. Can't believe I'm going to spend $500 on window tint though.

Yeah, very steep. But their portfolio of work is really impressive. If I'm going with ceramic I want it to be done by the best and these guys seem like they're the best.

Doing 40% huper optik. I'm driving the car to Vegas tomorrow which is why I was in such a rush to get it done. 260 miles in the desert should be plenty of time to iron out all the post-tint bubbling you get.

Pre-Tint

In the middle

Was too dark to get the other side pictured by the time he was done.

And for good measure, I asked my dad for a pic of his new 9500ci, turns out the install wasn't quite done yet and this is what he sent me

Does not include the windshield. But I was willing to spend the extra $100 for the sterling rep this place has. They exceeded my expectations. The tint is amazing.
