My wife works at a reegistry and was that saying that they're getting plates that start with the letters BMW soon, so she's going to try to hold me BMW-128, and it will just be a regular plate, not a vanity :headbang:

Nah - you're not - that was a very subtle plate, I just happened to have had roman numerals hammered into my head when I was a kid (that and my dad was po'd at the city and Post Office for changing their address twice that he put his final address in roman numerals on the house - MCXV).

I figured it out when you mentioned the Roman numerals..prior to that I was like "huh"..I'd say it's very subtle......I know when I applied for my "DE STIJL" plate the County clerk office wanted a VERY specific definition of what it meant.......

the euro plate on my cooper reads, 621 AOK05. 621 AOK is the registration number of the very first mini and 05 is the year of my car. I personnally hate vanity plates even if they are witty. I like my euro plate cus it means something but its subtle.
